The High Table consists of up to five members and as few as three to make sure there is always the possibility of a majority vote.,
The High Table may elect a Chairman for a set duration, they will lead the High Table and be able to make decisions on their own.,
Simple majority vote rules on standard matters and promotion of members to rank Marquis.,
To remove a High Table member a super majority vote of the High Table and a majority vote from Adjudicators must be met.,
A unanimous vote of the High Table is required for updating the organization charter, filling a vacant High Table seat, structural decisions, alliances or no-hit agreements and to promote members to Adjudicator.,
For any reason where only an even vote at the High Table exists a majority vote of the Adjudicator will replace the last vote.,
Achieving higher ranks are based on trust, merit, aptitude and activity.,
Maintaining ranks are based on activity. If a rank is lowered due to activity, the Excommunicado role will be given and the member will be dropped to Harbinger. Ranks can be regained easily with this role. Excommunicado does not hold voting rights but should be engaged as council if they choose.,

Permanently banning a player from Discord, or from the Sanguis Luna Organization.,
,
Time sensitive decision.
Decisions that warrant a short turnaround response will be flagged for the HT and all available High Table members who can vote on the issue will do so.,
In the event of a tie, or if the High Table feels the Adjudicators should weigh in, or the High Table is not reachable the last vote will go to the Adjudicators who will do a majority ruling vote.,
